I want to find FREE music downloads but many places have a one time download fee. I don’t mind the fee but I dont want to spend any more than $25. Limewire didnt work for me by the way so dont suggest it.
Frostwire. Limewire doesnt work for me, but Frostwire does, also, I have a fried who gets most of his music from the local library, he rips it to his computer, makes mixtapes, search online. www.hiphopearly.com, they always have the newest songs for download, at least for rap.

It’s not free but I use http://www/legalsoundz.com It’s like Itunes but only costs 9¢ a song – much cheaper!
